SCHIE Fully Operational

The Santa Cruz HIE is experiencing some connection outages.  While you can still query the HIE, we are unable to receive clinical documents into the HIE.  Technical support is working on this issue and expect it to be resolved shortly. The Santa Cruz HIE is fully operational as of 12:35 and messages are being processed.

Santa Cruz HIE Outage

At approximately 4:00pm Santa Cruz HIE went down.  Technical teams are working to resolve the issue.  We will post updates as they become available. As of 4:35pm Santa Cruz HIE is operational again.  We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Santa Cruz HIE Scheduled Maintenance-Monday August 8th 6:00pm

Santa Cruz HIE will be down Monday, August 8th at 6:00pm – 11:00pm PDT for a scheduled maintenance.  It is expected that the System will be available at 11:00pm. Our Direct vendor Secure Exchange Solutions Production Services will be unavailable for a brief period between 8:00am and 8:30am EDT. This outage will not last the full 30 minutes and is to make updates to our data base. These changes will not affect any current implementations.
