Dan Chavez joins the Santa Cruz HIO as its first Executive Director. Dan will work with the board of directors to meet the mission and vision of the organization as it assists the community in critical health information data sharing for whole person care. As one of the oldest HIOs in the country, SCHIO actively serves hundreds of thousands of Santa Cruz county residents connecting critical data for care coordination. Dan’s leadership and rich history in developing and expand
